Employment HeroRetrieves a paginated list of disciplinary records for a specific employee within an organisation. Draft records are excluded when the caller is the employee themselves.

The ID of the organisation.
The UUID of the employee.
Query Parameters
Sort order for the results. Prefix a field name with "-" for descending order. Sortable fields: createdat, dateofincident, status. Defaults to "-createdat".
Page number to retrieve. Must be 1 or greater. Defaults to 1.
Number of records per page. Must be between 1 and 100. Defaults to 10.
Response Body
Returns a paginated list of disciplinary records for the specified employee. Draft disciplinaries are excluded when the caller is the employee themselves.
The unique identifier of the disciplinary record.
A brief description of the disciplinary incident.
The date the incident occurred (YYYY-MM-DD).
The current status of the disciplinary record.
The outcome of the disciplinary process. Null if no outcome has been recorded yet.
The current appeal status of the disciplinary record.
The ISO-8601 timestamp when the disciplinary record was created.
List of actions taken during the disciplinary process. Empty array if none recorded.
